Ingredients:
- 200g Italian noodles (authentic Italian noodles, or substitute with spaghetti)
- 200g thinly sliced pork
- 150g fresh mushrooms (use your preferred type, such as shiitake, chicken of the woods, or oyster mushrooms)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Fresh herbs (basil, oregano, cilantro, parsley)
- Salt, pepper, sugar, fish sauce
Instructions:
- Cook noodles according to the instructions on the packaging, boil the noodles in salted boiling water for about 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- Heat a large pan, add olive oil and butter. Heat the oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add sliced pork to the pan and stir-fry until the pork is cooked and golden brown. Then, add mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
